What is breathwork?
No matter the style, all breathwork is a modern form of pranayama where the breath is used as a tool to calm the mind, regulate the body’s energy, and improve physical and mental well-being.
The style I focus on is called conscious, connected breathwork. It’s different from other styles in that there’s no breath hold. Your focus is on connected inhales and exhales.
